Definition of age groups
Children aged 6 and over must be accompanied by one adult.
Infants without bedding will be charged a cottage facility usage fee; infants up to 1 year old stay free of charge.
In all cases, the age on the scheduled date of stay will be used.
If we do not receive confirmation of your payment by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled.
If you are unavoidably late with your payment, or if you wish to cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us.
We do not accept minors who are unaccompanied by others.(in principle)
Accommodation is not available for minors staying alone.
For graduation trips or similar events, please contact us with a parent or guardian nearby.
If there is no parent or guardian or person aged 18 or older in the group, we will refuse service on the spot.
Please understand that we cannot issue a refund in that case.
Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.
Additional charges apply for use outside of regular hours.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.Please be sure to follow these rules.
This facility is a place for everyone to have a better holiday.
Please be mindful of each other's manners and keep as quiet as possible after 9 PM.
Bringing in PA systems and other sound equipment is prohibited.
Actions that disturb the neighbors, such as making noise, setting off fireworks, and using firecrackers.
Acts that offend other customers, such as being shirtless or making loud noises while intoxicated.
Activities that may endanger third parties, such as bringing water balloons, playing ball games, or riding bicycles on the premises.
If we find any other acts that violate public order or morals, we will promptly report them to the police and verify the identities of those involved.
Regarding reservations for male groups and large groups:
Recently, male groups have been causing a lot of trouble for the neighbors due to declining manners. To ensure safe and secure operation, please agree to the following points before using our facilities.
I feel bad for the majority of the wonderful groups of men, but this is a desperate measure to avoid inconveniencing the many other guests.
Please agree to the following points and promise to use the facilities in a way that does not disturb others. You will be required to sign a promise on the day of your visit.
Strictly refrain from making loud noises that others may find unpleasant.
Even indoors, do not make loud noises at night.
We strive to keep the interior clean and use it hygienically.
In case of damage or soiling, please report it honestly and provide compensation.
We will take a photo of your identification on the day of the event. If there are no issues with the checkout, we will delete it along with the signature.
You will be asked to sign the agreed-upon documents on the day of the meeting.
If you do not agree to or violate the above on the day of your visit, we will refuse your entry. The reservation deposit will also be considered a breach of contract and will not be refunded.
Regarding payment
We also accept payments by card and QR code.
Regarding our response to the typhoon
In the event of a typhoon, cancellations made as a precaution will be handled according to our standard cancellation policy.
Please note that if the expressway, national road, or public transportation around Risumura Villa is closed or suspended within 3 hours before or after the 15:00 check-in time on the day of your reservation, the reservation deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee, or the reservation will be cancelled.
Regarding the number of people using the cottage and any changes to the number of people.
When making a reservation, please note that changes can be made up to the day before, so please make your reservation with the planned number of people.
If you apply for more than the maximum number of occupants, your living space will be reduced.
We do not recommend using the facility with more people than its capacity.(We generally decline such requests.)
Please be sure to contact us by the day before if you need to reduce the number of attendees on the day of the event, as we cannot make any changes to the number of attendees.
Changes to the number of people made up to the day before will be handled by recalculating the price.
We can accommodate adding more people on the day of the event, but we cannot change the number of people if it decreases.
If the number of guests staying on the day of arrival differs from the declared number, and this discrepancy is discovered through a notification from the facility, we will charge double the standard rate.
Bringing your own bedding will incur an additional charge.
Regarding the use of the parking lot
Staff will guide you to a parking spot for your vehicle upon check-in.
Please manage the vehicle and its keys yourself.
In the event of any trouble in the parking lot, please resolve the issue amongst yourselves.
Regarding changes to the building
Changes to the building are not permitted.
We cannot accept provisional reservations.
